Yes but there are waiting to hear back from Ford.
The dealer can't use FORScan and won't listen to you if you tell them what to do. At this point, you just gotta let them go through the motions. Either way, you have that connectivity issue that needs to be addressed.

So basically you are saying if I just plug the cable into the obd port and run forscan it will automatically update that file and fix it or how would I initiate that to be done.

also will this enable the blue cruise to come through.

With forscan you have to manually edit the values of each DID value. And since forscan isn’t a ford backed program they can’t use it.
you just have to wait for ford engineering to update the support ticket and tell the dealer what to do on their end.

Like I said: If they can't figure it out, we can revisit this. I'd be happy to guide you through the process. FORScan is not something to be taken lightly as you can mess things up easily. Yes, that is what is needed to fix the BC issue.

Welcome to the forum. Your build date is 13 Sep '20, which makes your car one of the earliest I've seen.

Also, as to your inability to activate and use your car with FordPass......

It would be terribly spiffy if somebody at your Ford dealership could take your car our of "Fleet mode"...which is the reason you can't connect.

It needs to say "Retail Authorized" under Modem Activation. You don't need any parts...this doesn't require engineering support. It just needs to be taken out of fleet mode.

Sometimes with some folks it's like they're a hog lookin' at a wristwatch.

Oh, and I guess you can get them to finally finish the BlueCruise programming that previous owner(s) never got around to. Or at least get the service department to confirm it's done and clear the FSA.
Wow a 00200 vin I have been dethroned at 01500 and not built until November.

Fleet mode asked me for driver ID on start up which should be a hint.

Wow a 00200 vin I have been dethroned at 01500 and not built until November.

Fleet mode asked me for driver ID on start up which should be a hint.
I don't think that if the TCU was the only thing left in fleet mode that it would force that kind of driver ID thing.

You only have these showing and are now on the latest Sync. The update that was failing for you before was done. You should be good to go going forward.

Can anyone tell me what they see on my car? I purchased it about 2 months ago, I got 2 updates in the first 2 weeks then nothing since. I don’t have the newest sync screen icons, I don’t have the ‘charge assist app’, and never got the Tesla update still. My 12v is usually at 90% average.

Also any other info like exact build date?

Your list is below. Ford's OTA process is not predictable. Based on what you have showing pending, there is nothing to be concerned about; just gotta wait for the next one to be pushed to you.
