Will you check and see if I have any available updates? I’m not sure if something is wrong and stopping my car from updating. Thanks!
You do...and interestingly, you have both a GWM (gateway) and an APIM (Sync) in your list at the same time. That doesn't normally happen. Usually the GWM update processes (OTA), and then the APIM update will show up. For some reason it didn't do that and you might be a bit stuck until that GWM is updated. Your last OTA was March 8th and it was the OBCC update.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for all the help you are giving everyone.

Thanks a million,

Thanks again.

What typically would happen with that failed APIM update? Do they retry in the near future, or is it back in the "Who knows when they will do it?" category?
VIN = 3FMTK4SX3PMA60365

Would someone mind running this for Available Updates? I'm taking this in to the dealer again later in the week. Thanks.

We should ask @rugedraw to run your VIN to see what he comes up with.
@woody0486 Not sure what was going on with PTS/FDRS yesterday, but PTS is recognizing the VIN as a Mach E now. You are on the latest Sync version that is available for your model year. Modules with pending updates are below. I do not have access to FDRS until later this evening to confirm the list below is accurate.

Thanks, Should I schedule service or call the 1800 number and see if they can push anything out?

Two Euro cars here if you wouldn't mind checking:
WF0TK3SU2NMA29833
WF0TK1EM3NMA62095

833 is still running the old UI and it's extremely annoying having essentially the same car with two very different UIs.

Folks,

Been out of town for over a month, traveling. Wonder whether my car can now receive the Drive Mode fix (grrr...)

Appreciate info on what FDRS updates are available. VIN = 3FMTK3SU0NMA14926

Additionally, my Ford Widget shows a 12V charge of 77% (newest Ford Widget version). While out of town, I had a NOCO battery trickle charger connected... I drove the car for almost 2 hours yesterday, and this morning just to up the game, I threw on my FDRS Clore unit to recharge its 12V battery (the Clore now shows action as completed). Still showing 77% on the 12V in the Ford widget though. Wondering if my 12V battery is just slowing down on me, after about 70 thousand miles... I know I need to have it above 80% for OTA updates.

Thanks in advance for info on both issues.

First VIN, last OTA it got was 3.5.4 so it is a bit behind, but it is getting updates regularly and recently. Hopefully the trend continues, but 3.5.4 is the last of the 3.x.x series and from my experience, it may be a bit before your car gets queued up for the 4.x.x series of updates.

Second VIN, this one is more up to date and is also getting updates recently. TCU OTA 6.3.0 failed due to a server hash error and has not been resent yet.

Also, this little gem popped up in PTS today.

If someone can do a FDRS check for me that would be awesome on a European made MME23
WF0TR3R78PMA08936
Also would be cool to know the actual build date if possible.
Build date is 11/9/2022. I don't have access to FDRS at this time, but this is what PTS shows. Based on your Sync version, you also need several APIM/GWM updates as well as one or more TCU updates and an IPC update that is not shown here.

Thanks :) Yeah I guessed I was somewhat behind, I'm new to all this is it a case of just waiting for OTA for it to update or is there a way to force it?

The only way to get updates without waiting on the OTA process is by investing in the tools needed to do them yourself. Mongoose adapter/battery power supply/FDRS software.

Are there any ways to force the 4.X.X patch on the first VIN? I'd really like to get the new UI since the old one is, as I said, terrible.

My response right above yours applies to this as well. There is no way to "force" an OTA update.
