This is what PTS shows. I do not have access to FDRS until I get home later (past pm eastern). If you want me to check if FDRS shows if that GWM update released any other updates, remind me later today.

As far as whether the dealer updated the GWM or not, I cannot verify as I am getting an error when I try to pull history with PTS on your car. I can check with FDRS later on this, too. However, it is a moot point imo since the OTA you got is a GWM update anyway.

Any chance you can check FDRS when you get a chance?

thank you Rugedraw!

Under contract and picking up: 3FMTK3R78NMA19288, sure would fancy a lookup to see if there's anything I'm not tracking. Thanks in advance (I can walk away if there's anything egregious).

Also welcome any advice for a reset to take ownership. i'm tracking settings>genereal>reset as the option, and to try and have them remove it from the ford account on a computer.

If you have a specific issue, it helps if you say what it is so we know what to look for. The only thing that pops out to me is a code your car is reporting that refers to a TSB where you may need a CMR update to address a bad OTA that is affecting Bluecruise and driver assist features.
Hey, thanks for looking up. I went for a long trip yesterday and when I came back the car started making an error sound but no message on the dashboard. I put the car to charge but it didn't start charging. I tried once more and it started charging. I also noticed there was an update. I have set to update around 1 am. But within an hour the car got updated.
Today morning I woke up to a battery drain warning. I was able to open the door. But couldn't lock the door. I had to keep the car turned on even though the car was connected to a charger.

Warranty history is attached. The vehicle is getting updates recently and is up to 6.8.0 which is not bad at all. I see nothing here that would scare me from buying it. If you are buying from a Ford dealer, I would ask them to check if the also attached TSB applies jic. Last thing I want is for your next post here to be about your car leaving you stranded over some BS. It reported a code two days ago that indicates this may apply to this vehicle. Again: No reason to not buy it.

Well, the update you got will install while driving. The auto-updates schedule only applies to updates that require the vehicle to be parked while it installs.

The behavior with the drain is strange. There are no codes your car reported that weren't there already and none of the codes refer to any SSM or TSB that coincides with what you describe. Right now, the cloud is showing your HVB and LVB are in good standing. If it only happened once and doesn't happen any more, I'd say a glitch in the matrix and ignore it.

I do not see an OBCC update in your OTA history, but that only goes back so far. PTS does not show you have any pending updates for the OBCC and says that module is on software LJ98-14G684-AS. This is what the Tesla charger update changes the strategy to, so everything points to you having it.

Thank you! I ended up having an opportunity to test the adapter today and the Supercharger recognized my car by just plugging it in.

My guess is it must have installed back to back and I missed it, I usually screenshot the notes when I get an OTA.

I picked the car up from the dealer last night. They said they ran all updates and the connectivity issues with Ford should be resolved going forward. The TSB related updates have definitely been done because the charging issue is fixed. Can you please take a look when you have a moment to see how everything else looks now? VIN 3FMTK4SE5PMA81961.

We just bought our Mach-e last week, and while my Lightning has thankfully always kept up with updates, I assume we're starting behind on the Mach-e, and I know it needs the fix for not stopping charging when at the set limit. Can someone check 3FMTK4SE3PMA87029? Thanks in advance.

My car was in shop today for updates after many, many months of having no OTA updates. They said they "PERFORMED ALL AVAILABLE MODULE SOFTWARE UPDATES CLEARED CODE". I would like to know what modules they actually updated. Can someone look this up for me please? I have a list from before the update that I can compare it to. VIN # 3FMTK4SE9NMA25308 Thanks in advance!
They updated everything. Lucky you. You show no modules with pending updates.

Your car has reported to many DTC's to print the entire 60 day report. This is what it reported to the cloud when you got the hard fault:

The modem was properly activated when you bought the car, but no updates have been pushed to you yet. This is what you show pending. List below does not include any APIM, GWM TCU or IPC updates you may be missing to be fully up to date.

Got my new Mach-e 4 weeks ago, but it had been sitting at the dealer for 6+ months. Very interested to see what is outstanding update-wise if one of you awesome people could assist?

Thanks!

Hey, folks.

I have a question. The attached is me as of a few days ago (thanks, Mike G). I don't have any way to do what you all do with FDRS, so I was wondering how these outstanding updates are resolved. Does one have to go to a dealership and get them to take care of it, or are these resolved through OTAs that come through from time to time. Granted, I haven't seen an OTA since March 8th. This is something I've never really been clear about. Thanks.

OTA, if you have actually have issues some might updated under warranty to solve said issues, or buy the tools to do it yourself.

As I said, I have no way to do it myself. All the things needed for FDRS are far too expensive for me for the limited use I would put them to. I would also be afraid of doing something wrong and bricking my car. I was just wondering how this works.

That is how it works. The options are:

1. You wait to get updates OTA.
2. You have a specific issues and a dealer applies updates to fix said issue.
2 a. You pay a dealer to apply updates.
3. You do them yourself.
