I'm having this issue on a 2023 Premium Extended Range. I've had the car about 4 weeks and have had no problems. Took the car out for a drive today, left at about 85% and came back about 70% (on the HVB).

A couple of hours later, I got a notification on FordPass titled '''Electrical System Drain Service Required" and telling me it's "possibly caused by after-market device(s). If that's not the case, please schedule service soon"

I can confirm I have no after market devices installed. I plugged in my ODB monitor, and the 12V battery is draining between 10 and 15A.

I'm staying at a friends in a remote area and several 100 kms from my dealer. Is there any way to resolve this issue? And I don't want to be stranded with the car, is leaving the car on for a few days until I can drive to the dealer a reasonable solution?

In case you haven’t seen it here in multiple threads, there’s been a rash of people getting locked out of their 23’s because of an almost-but-not-quite—dead 12 volt battery. It gets dead enough not to unlock the doors but not dead enough to enable the emergency frunk access jump. Leave a window open if you can.

I think if I were in your shoes that I would "reset" the car using the 12V disconnect method. And then use the OBD adapter to verify if the parasitic draw ceased.

I setup PAAK on my 23 GTPE and I had it happen a couple of days later. I put in on the charger and turn off bluetooth and wifi on my phone when I quit using the car and turned them back on again right before I use the car. I did that for several days had no issues. I left them on again and a couple of days later I got the low battery alert again. So I started turning the blue tooth and wifi on the phone off when not using the car for quite a while and have not had the issue. It seems to stay around 90 to 91% charged on the 12v battery unless I have had it on the charger and then it goes up to the high 90's. Not sure if you have PAAK setup or not but my guess in my case it was activating the car from being too close even though there was about 50ft between the can and where I usually keep my phone.

On my 2023 Premium Ext Range, the 12 V status is no longer on the online "Dashboard"
Where did it go?

I had that happen about a week ago (and even left Ford feedback), but the next time I logged in, it was there again.

I just checked, and it's showing on my Account dashboard still, and I just drove it about 4 miles and it was 1% higher than when I had seen it this afternoon.

The website updates when your car gets in touch. Maybe try using FordPass to unlock, and then re-lock your car, and then check the Account page again?

The “Vehicle Dashboard” and “<your name> Account” are two totally different pages. There is no “my account dashboard”. The 12V SoC is on on the account page and not on the vehicle dashboard.

no information regarding 12V or 12V SoC has ever appeared anywhere (car, account, dashboard, FordPass)

must be a 2023 option

It does seem counterintuitive that it's not in vehicle dashboard, but having the 12 v status is super helpful. I actually check it daily. In ten months my 23 has never been below 80% and usually resides at 85-95

Although may be irrelevant to the 23 models try turning off welcome lights. Made a difference in my 21. I was getting low battery quite a bit and when I turned off the welcome lights I never had a problem again and It’s been 2 years.

Yes it does, it’s just not labeled clearly.
