@Mike G , I completed the battery 12v BMS, have also driven the car over 2 hours in the last couple days. Still no update showing. Do these things take awhile to download? does the vehicle have a hidden menu to check the download status by chance?

No secret menu that I'm aware of. But they do take a while to download sometimes depending on the size.

It's not bad. That update is to address an issue where the country code on the TCU was somehow changed and in turn not allowing a vehicle to talk to the mothership. This is the reason why WiFi is required for this particular update and not others. The country code on your TCU is correct and your car is talking to the cloud just fine. You don't need this update, so no need for FOMO if it does fail.

My only concern was, if i miss the update cycle, i would be out of the loop for next updates, until ford decides to try again.

It must have expired today. Can you share my ota screenshot pls?

The recalls still show as outstanding on the app for me for the windscreen/pano. It's going back in when the parts arrive, so I'll ask them to do the rest specifically by name.

There is no damage on the windscreen as far as I can tell, nor the pano, so I am unsure.

You recently got an IPC update as an OTA so the one in the list below would probably drop off when FDRS is connected to the car and a network scan is completed.

if you're doing these yourself I'd start with the gateway and then the TCU next. I would leave the IPMA and PSCM (coordinated to update together) till last. The rest can be done in whatever order you like.

Well it's good that you're getting OTAs:

Here's the list of available software in FDRS, some of which is obviated by the fact that it was already delivered as an OTA, but the FDRS server hasn't caught up yet.

It is still there sitting in the queue waiting. I understand your concern because typically TCU updates are important. However, that is not the case with this one (unless you are affected by the issue which you are not). Notice under "module data details" it is blank. This update does not update anything per say. Do not lose sleep over this. Whether it goes through or not, it will have zero effect on your ability to get future updates.

I noticed it expires the 29th what does that actually mean?, I drove it again for another 30 min and still no update. I do notice the the up and down arrows on top of the screen are constantly on

Do you see weather information and charger info or do you get a connection error when looking at charges in nav? Does your wireless carplay/android auto work?

All works , no errors on anything. Wireless CarPlay works , as well as hooking up to my home wifi (although under my unifi router I see barely any traffic that passes via wifi on the mach-e)

When i bought the car, my connectivity was jacked, i had weird issues like above, couldn't activate fordpass, etc. I had an OTA update that didn't show (to my understanding - car was at dealer) until dealer did a bunch of updates to GWM TCU and APIM/SYNC. This was the GSB that was referenced (interestingly enough it didn't apply to my vin in the PTS system)

I'm not suggesting this is your issue, just relaying my experience.
