i am on holiday in Italie and all of a sudden alle speakers except the central speaker stoppen working. Could check for me if you can see anything wrong WF0TK1E79MMA16117 via FDRS, maybe I can point an italian dealer in the right direction Otherwise the back road trip will be a challenge with two kids and no music ?

I've checked your vehicle health history but I don't see any DTCs that would indicate a problem with your sound system. Hopefully this is a temporary issue that goes away after a key cycle.

Maybe you can try a Sync reboot? (Not a Master Reset).

First did try a couple of resets and finally also a full reset, nothing helps. Already 5 days now ? thank you

Yes. Your car reports it's status everytime you drive it.
Here's a screengrab of today's VHA screen in PTS for your VIN:

Items in bold are the first time that DTC showed up on that drive. They will still show up on subsequent drives until they are cleared (just not in bold print).

I don't know what you've told the service advisor yet, but I would lean towards things like "My car's BlueCruise cuts off a lot unexpectedly" and I wouldn't focus on the OTA that hasn't arrived yet.

@Mike G Support called me back and said my car already has 4.2.1 the same update that the server is pushing. Can you see if that is actually true? might be why its not downloading then.

Uh-huh.

Looks different to me.....OTA dashboard even says you're being offered something newer than what you've got now.

I don't honestly know why it's not downloading...but its probably not something you're doing wrong.
