I would like to know the status of the updating of my modules And if you see any thing needing updating.

My VIN is 3FMTK3SU3NMA14645

I was one of the ones having not received any OTAs since August 2023. In late July my dealer update “all” modules to hopefully unlock the OTAs.

Good News !! 2 weeks after service I got an update - 23-PU1113. Nothing since.

Thanks in advance for the support each of you give All of us.
No updates available today.

Thank you. Is it posssible to download updates on usb pendrive ?
No. There are updates that are performed using a USB drive but you need to be directly connected to the car using FDRS on the laptop with the adapter to download the files for those updates (GWM, APIM, TCU, IPC).

The reset of the updates are done via CANbus through the adapter (Mongoose+ or VCM3, etc).

You need to visit your local Ford dealer there in Poland and get them to provision your TCU to work in your country (Vodafone I believe may be your provider).

The tech will run the tool to change your country code for the TCU, and it will then get provisioned so your car can communicate with Ford servers.

I have an update that says it's "downloading" for a couple of weeks now. Can I get a lookup to see what might be the issue? TIA

VIN: 3FMTK4SX7PMA53340
Says it's downloading a GWM update and you also have a new APIM update right behind that one. Neither of those say they require wi-fi.

Says the reason things may not be optimal is that your 12V battery is only at 77% SOC.

Go out and do a BMS reset and then go for a drive.

I had to go over to the dealer yesterday after a phone call about something else. On the phone, I was trying to explain the "Fleet Authorized" modem thing to clueless dealership people. Trying to avoid the usual service manager nonsense about making an appointment to bring the car in. I really have no idea how to have the discussion on that.

Anyway, on my way there, I checked for Software Updates and saw that the car had installed ECG-24.2.4.10 a few days ago (Fleet didn't stop it?). I didn't get any notice that this happened, either in the car or in FordPass. However, I started seeing an anomaly on Sept 2 which should have led me to look at updates. While driving on a highway, I got a warning in the IPC to "Keep your hands on the wheel" - both hands were on the wheel at the time. I gripped tighter and it went away. Following day, same warning, not on a highway, going about 40 mph. So, new feature?

If you could rerun
3FMTK4SX7RMA20308

I would be grateful. I am curious if I got the "Good" GWM update or the "Bad" one.

Thanks
Now shows "Retail Authorized" only...fleet nonsense is gone.

Does show you got the gateway update on the 30th but nothing in the pipe after that.

Here's what's currently available in FDRS;

2022 Mach-E Premium AWD
Hello guys
I live in Hungary and bought a 2 year old Mach-e AWD ER in July.
I got an update in August.
Power Up 3.5.4

Since then I have checked that it is very very behind the EU updates.

Can you check my chassis number?
WF0TK3SUXNMA05862

By the way, the other thing I don't understand is that my car is marked as 371 hp, but I think it's "only" 351.
Was there a 371 hp of this?

Thank you!!

My VIN is 3FMTK2SU2PMA04458

can anyone please tell me

1. Which modules are outdated and what these modules do?
2. Is there anything preventing my vehicle from getting software updates Over The Air?

Yup, thanks. @rugedraw looked up my VIN again and I saw the fleet thing was gone, and I got
ECG-24.2.4.10 on August 30. This short list of available updates doesn't show another GWM update - does that mean I now have a "good" GWM update? There have been at least 2 newer versions and I'm at -FAR which I thought was the "bad" one. Although no problems with that to report.

@Mike G or anyone able to check.

It’s been a while that I’ve had my Mach-E checked for any updates hopefully that list isn’t huge: 3FMTK1SS2MMA19966. Last OTA was June.

That GWM update was the "anti-lockout" OTA.
