I hate to have to ask for your time to look this up, but I've been stuck in "getting the latest software update status" for the last few weeks. I really want the latest update that will fix the "Tone Settings" saving after turning off the vehicle. I figure if I have to call the dealer, you would be able to give me a great starting point.

Okay, so not sure on this one....you have a '24 model (Congrats!) and I'm not sure about the "Tone Settings" thing you refer to.

I can tell you that as of this morning, you have an OTA (10.1.0) pending for your APIM. This is the one that gives you the new version of the Public Charging app among other updates.

So when you go out to the car today I would recommend checking for updates and confirm that it's downloading and when the opportunity presents itself I'd suggest hitting the "Update Now" button instead of waiting for your scheduled update time.

You should give this a try if you feel handy with USB drives. I've updated my 2017 Focus RS to the latest Sync 3 (3.4.23188) as well as the latest maps despite Ford limiting my VIN to 3.1 in the OTA updates

Would someone be able to provide an update of what modules were updated and what I still have pending? It's a 21 and I'm not expecting a lot of the newer BC 1.3 items, but still good to know what else is pending.

So was this work on 'recalls' supposed to have happened recently? Because nobody has updated any module software on this car since the 13th of September.

If you're referring to activity from today...somebody looked up your VIN in PTS connected vehicle tab to check the status of the car...but no work was performed.

You have a set of powertarin updates available in FDRS that can be updated, but you have no open Field Service Actions (FSA) programs that would apply those under warranty (free).

You're absolutely right. 23B50 is no longer in your FSA campaign list.
