Here are the services preformed by the dealer service. The car was there a total of 11 days. Page 2 not shown is replacement of rear camera.

I'm not sure how they expect an average person to understand most of this.

Removed and replaced suspect faulty HVBJB Filled and bled HVTB cooling loops. Reprogrammed BECM, PCM, SOBDIVI, ABS, SOBDMC per TSB Cleared and reran DTCs - all pass. Any thought as to why it might just be stuck on "Getting the latest software update status...." now?

Usually when there’s a poor connection to the Ford server. Make sure the up and down arrows are showing on the top of the screen.

I’m having some sync freezing on startup issues that aren’t fixed by standard reset. Could be APIM issue. Can anyone check 3FMTK3R72MMA47084 and see if anything shows on that end? Any thoughts on whether an APIM update might fix the issue. Out of warranty so trying to decide if I need to pony up for the equipment to self update.

You don't have any APIM update in your list...but one might show up if some of these other things got updated first:

I do see network issues between your gateway module, the ABS, and IPMA and your APIM.

You have no OTA history yet. I doubt anything has been sent to a car this new.

The only error you have right now concerns the RFA (Bluetooth) module. Might be related to PAAK, or whether or not the car recognizes your phone as you walk up to it.

Ahh, that might explain why it sometimes doesn’t unlock when I walk up to it and why CarPlay sometimes doesn’t work. I use my iPhone 26 ProMax as my key.

Your car is behind. Here's the list of available updates in FDRS:

There may be software dependencies at work here that are keeping newer updates from becoming available, until these are performed.

You do have an open FSA (23B50) that would get your powertrain modules updated for free at the dealer. That would mean the PCM, ABS, BECM, SOBDM, and SOBDMC would be updaed under that program at no cost.

If they were nice, they'd also update the GWM (gateway is the car's network controller) and the IPC for you while it was in there. Updates might start flowing after that. Ideally, you want all of this list updated, every single thing on here is a desirable update to have.
