I can tell you that when they installed the new APIM, they installed it correctly in terms of the steps they are supposed to follow. Also, the info there matches what Ford has on their side, too.Thanks for that info. Sync info below. When they did the "New APIM" they definitely at least updated it, as I didn't have the camera icon on the top bar previously. But no idea if they actually replaced it or physically fixed anything.
@Mike G I wanted to make sure the serial number and Sync version matched what Ford shows. I've seen way too many botched APIM's installs to not check the easy stuff first. lol However, because APIM updates install while the car is on, and when an update fails due to low SoC it will clearly say that, I don't think that is the reason this APIM update keeps failing.
@Synkrox Regardless of the reason this APIM OTA continues to fail, this below is not normal. I would show this to the dealer to see if they manually install it for you.
