Yes, I wish the cabin heat was better, especially with the temperatures these days. Hope the HVAC module update will increase efficiency.

Suggest calling the service advisor and telling them that you have one of the following concerns...(you do have the DTC that goes with these issues):
- Front Camera Fault Service Required message
- Pre-Collision Assist Not Available message
- Reverse Brake Assist Not Available message
- Lane-Keeping System Fault Service Required message
- Collision Warning Not Available message
- Check Front Park Aid message
- Check Rear Park Aid message
- Blind Spot System Fault message
- Adaptive cruise control inoperative
- Auto high beams inoperative
- Traffic sign recognition inoperative
- DTC U3000:49, U3000:89, U2107:68, C1001:54 and/or C1001:78

If it all works out that should get your CMR and IPMA/PSCM updated. Things may start moving again after that.

Last OTA was on the 14th of Jan for the GWM module (ECG-24.2.5.6.3). The next OTA should be for the APIM (Sync), and following that the TCU.

When you say "not a big list for a '21 model" is that because the OTAs and the dealer (Grove Ford, Englewood, CO) have been staying on top of the updates?

Also, I don't see that the HVBJB Recall 23S56 has been completed when I read through the available Carfax report (the Customer Service 24N05 for door hems is listed as completed). There are no open recalls on the Ford recall or NHTSA lookup sites. If I recall, this vehicle is eligible for 23S56, am I correct?

HVJB was replaced…twice in fact. You have the latest hardware revision of the HVJB on that car.

Well you haven't gotten an OTA since then maybe....but your dealer tech did update a few things when they did both your 23B50 and the 23S56 (HVJB) recalls last fall.

You do have a current DTC that is set for the CMR (iNanny cam) and the SSM for that would get your CMR updated under warranty...which may actually break loose the IPMA/PSCM OTA update that would enable you to use that BC 1.3 Hands-Free subscription you paid for. They might even throw in the IPMA/PSCM update as a bonus while updating your CMR, who knows? I guess the point is that until that CMR gets updated..you aren't getting the IPMA/PSCM updates as OTAs until that's done because of software dependencies.
