Well aside from recovering from the shock of the possibility of replacing the HVJB on a '24 model with 1800 miles on it, they seem to have done some pinpoint tests on the 16th and...that's it...nothing. I don't know if they've contacted the helpline and are waiting for an answer back, or what they're doing. The tech doing the pinpoint tests when asked specifics about whether he's now getting certain codes has said "No" in the diagnostics steps. So that was the last thing recorded in the system. Did they actually tell you they were going to replace the HVJB? If so, it would not surprise me if they were getting some pushback due to MY of the car and low miles.

Here's the list of available software showing in FDRS at the minute:

Yeah they told me they are replacing the hvjb and are waiting on the part.

Thank you so much! So weird... I will "re"-toggle today to see if it makes any difference. I have an appointment in 6 days to replace the headlight knob TSB. Hopefully the tech takes pity in me and update it all.
Hey @Mike G . I took the car to be serviced (the headlight switch replacement) and I asked the tech to update everything. He said he did, and I have the adas config slides, karaoke, and android auto charging integration. So definitely 10.1.0 or 10.1.1. But I just received what appears to be a gateway update OTA.
Would you mind checking of there's anything pending? Vin 3FMTK3SU7NMA30556

Thank you in advance.

You have no other OTAs in the pipeline as of today.

You have an OTA pending right now for the gateway module (ECG-24.2.5.6.3). Just waiting on you to go out and take a drive. Drive around for 15 minutes and then at a stop light check Sync updates to see if you have something show up. After that you can either let it update automatically, or when you park, you can tell it to 'Update Now'.

Here's the list of available updates in FDRS (that GWM is included):

Well if there aren't any updates in FDRS.....
Thank you
Hmm.That's interesting.
I don't have Youtube on my device (not that I want to use it)
Maybe even my Sync version is not the right one?

Otherwise, can any OTAs still come in?
(In principle yes, because there was an example 2 days ago)

Thank you! Now I will wait, but I'm almost up to date and the weird gateway module status seems to be gone.

Thanks Mike, really appreciate it. Sounds, then, hopeful that replacing the LVB, the BECM, and the battery array with the faulty cell should have things working right again...
That being said, would the DTC on either module indicate HVBJB problem? Dealer believes (and I guess Ford persuaded as they approved the warranty claim) problem is faulty battery cell, so new battery array on order, waiting for delivery. But I do see reports that even SR batteries of 2021 vintage are experiencing HVBJB failures this winter.

really dumb question, is just turning on vehicle in garage for 15+ minutes get the same result as actually driving for 15+ minutes…for OTA’s to kick off.
Well I guess so...as long as you're getting the connectivity icon on the top row when you check.

If you've got a good AT&T signal inside your garage you could just turn the car on and toggle the shutdown timer off and leave it that way for a half hour or so and come back and check to see if there are any updates.
