Well, after driving almost 2 hours to see the Mach-E with the VIN I posted yesterday morning, we were informed that the vehicle had been sold the night prior and nobody bothered to notify us.

In other news, I had some other prospects identified, we made a day trip of it and visited a couple other dealers. We did end up inking a deal on a red 2021 with only 8,800 miles in pristine condition. Unfortunately, we didn't get the VIN run for FDRS or records, so we took a little bit of a calculated gamble. If someone has a chance to pull our new VIN (3FMTK4SX0MME04763) it would be much appreciated! Thanks a ton for the help!
Build date 15 December 2021.

The last OTA received was on the 28th of Jan '25 for BlueCruise 1.3 (CCM, CMR, IPMA, PSCM modules). There are current no OTAs in the queue.

HVJB was replaced on 29 Jan 2024.

Thanks a TON, Mike!! We ended up getting an extended warranty, and (I think?) HVJB is covered on the 8/100 battery warranty, but I feel better knowing it was replaced.

2024 Premium AWD Extended
We recently purchased a 2024 premium AWD with extended battery. I am curious if it was kept up-to-date while at the dealership...or if it is woefully behind on updates.

Also, we recently had the vehicle in for campaign 25B03. I am hoping that update shows as "completed."

It says the OTA will retry. That might take a while, but it will eventually show up.
Mike, when you might have a chance, might you run the full FDRS? I’m now curious.

I don't see in the system that you got that OTA either (no history showing).

I don't think a dealer visit is gonna fix that.

Hello Mike, can you check my vehicle again and see if 10.1.1 is showing in FDRS? I took the car in last week and the tech said the software hadn't fully updated so they removed and reinstalled it. Said this would resolve the sync issue w/Ford, but I suspect that's not the case and just said that to placate me. My VIN is: 3FMTK3SU1PMA01220.

Appreciate it.

Not that I'm aware of unless one or more of those modules are something that would get updated to fix a concern you're having with the car.

I just bought a brand new 2022 that was on the lot and never sold last week. From what I see the software hasnt updated since it was built in 2022. Would someone be able to look up my vin and see if that is correct and if I will receive OTA updates or need to go to a dealer since it's 3 years behind? Being new i don't know a whole lot about this.

You ahve no OTA history going back 60 days. You do however have the same revision of software for your TCU that my own car has and I did get 10.1.1. I don't see an available TCU update in the list above so I will assume your car is current as far as that goes.

In addition to the items in the list above...I'd like to draw your attention to the ones listed as "Additional updates" at the bottom......all of those were supposed to come as OTAs. And if a tech were to have to update that using (ahem, wink-wink) TSB 25-2058 as a basis (attached) that would take at least one day to do.
