I’m not seeing the option to subscribe to BlueCruise on my connected services page.

So, I was thinking of adding BC back to the Smurfmobile, so I logged in to my owner.ford.com page and went to connected services. Upon arrival there, the tile for BlueCruise isn’t there. Is this happening to anyone else?

The live chat is useless, it just keeps directing me to the account services page, which brings me back to log in to my account and then to the connected services page, again with no BlueCruise option.

My car is absolutely BlueCruise capable, and if you go back far enough, you’ll see I was one of the very first people on the forum to complete the OTA updates that enabled BC 1.0.

I just tried the same via both FordPass and browser (on 2 different devices) Joe and got the same result you’re getting. Offhand I’d say there’s a foul up on the Ford server side as it relates to at least the 2021 job 1s. Not good @Ford Motor Company .

It happens. From time to time I'm missing the ability to sign up for different connected services. I'm typically not looking to sign up for anything and just checking to see if Ford would grace my 23.5 a free year of BlueCruise.

Give it a day or two and the issue should correct itself.

Yeah, probably just service issues. I tried via FordPass and got an http error page while loading the Connected Services screen the first time, can't remember if it was 401 or 403.

Then I tried a second time and it loaded fine. I have an active BC sub but it shows me an option to extend monthly for $50/mo.

This was mentioned months ago (by somebody, can't remember who)...specifically it seems to happen to people who let their BC trial expire, or otherwise let BC subscription lapse, and then they subsequently don't get the option to renew in all the usual places (web, FP).

I was told that the fix is calling Ford Customer Service to sort that out.

I tried that. This is a relatively new development. I was able to see it about a month ago, but it’s been gone (that I know of) since at least last Friday.

I tried that. This is a relatively new development. I was able to see it about a month ago, but it’s been gone (that I know of) since at least last Friday.
UPDATE: The team are investigating.

I'll flag this with the team. The option isn't there for you at all? Have you also tried logging into your Ford account via a desktop?

Correct. Contact Fordpass customer service so they can do what needs be done to get it to show up again.

@JoeDimwit Please message me the VIN. Lots of cases like yours popping up and looking for a pattern that may help determine what is causing this.
