Does anyone know whether our My Account, i.e., Reservations, Orders, etc. on the Ford website is updated one-time during the day, or whether updates occur throughout the day? I'm wondering when the best time to check-in to see if my Mach-e made it to the production start line!

Did you see this on your account because you placed an order directly from it? Or did you get an email / did you get the email yet? Placed my order with a dealer so trying to figure out if I just wouldn't have gotten notice yet or I'm not scheduled this week. My priority code is pretty low so I was expecting it this week.

Darn. Looks like my 12/5 CA RT1 AWD Ext order will wait until at least May for production. Time to start looking at options that meet my needs.

Placed my order with a dealer so trying to figure out if I just wouldn't have gotten notice yet or I'm not scheduled this week. My priority code is pretty low so I was expecting it this week.

I placed the order online on 10/1 which was confirmed by the dealer that day or the next. It took a few weeks from then to get my "order confirmed" email from Ford, but they definitely have my contact info.

Today I just happened to hit refresh (700 times) and saw it finally marked as scheduled. I did not get an email telling me it has been scheduled.

Coincidentally my dealer just called me, responding to an email I sent yesterday. He was calling to tell me that he checked and it's still not scheduled as of when he checked an hour ago. So I got to inform him it got scheduled. He was as excited as I was because he's opening more of their Premium, AWD, Extended orders are going to get scheduled now.

There will probably be a few scheduling weeks of clean up or filling in open spaces for April scheduling so don’t give up for April yet.

I figured I’d get a production date for my order this week since I bought one off a lot last week, but still nothing. Ordered 10/19. Seems like a lot of 10/1 premiums are finally getting scheduled!

Emails are usually fairly delayed, sometimes days. Call Ford at 800-334-4375 or your dealer to check. I would probably wait until tomorrow just to make sure it didn't get scheduled after I called.
