Freight bills are generated a few days before your car is even produced. That js true for both Jack Copper as well as United Road. If your VIN does not return a dealer name on the delivery status page at United Road, then the last mile delivery from a rail yard to your dealer will be handled by someone else.

United Road is a continental logistics company. They work with many transportation companies, including NS. What I was saying is that the member's data could be part of another logistics company, and not United Road.

When you see data that your car was moved on a certain date, come back to me about 5 days after and I should be able to find a railcar # for you. I can only see railcar data for vehicles that have been moved from KCS onto another rail via JCT.

I'm not seeing any data in United Road which usually means another logistics company is servicing your delivery.

When you see Palsapp data that your car was moved on a certain date, come back to me about 5 days after and I should be able to find a railcar # for you. I can only see railcar data for vehicles that have been moved from KCS onto another rail via JCT.
