I ordered a 21' premium on May 12th that I declined because... grabber blue > all other colors. it's status in pals app moved to delivered(Muncie ramp) on Jan 10th and arrived at my dealer on Jan 20th so about ~10 days.

Checked Union Pacific trace line this morning and my car arrived at 9 am today. So given the 4/27 delivery date in pals app, and the previous order time table, It may arrive before the weekend is over with any luck!

I thought my car was on the same train, but it is due to arrive tonight at the same rail yard! I'm hoping it gets down to Orange County within the week.

Does anyone know how long it is taking on average to get from the rail yard in Industry to So Cal dealers ?

That is what we are all going by, it's helpful, but only to a point. My status is "picked" and has been there for 11-12 days (I forget) so I contacted Ford via "chat" asked nicely status, location and or railcar number.

I received a railcar number so now I'm gonna go to dial the railroad line and go to their automated system, enter in the railcar number and it's supposed to tell me location. Once it's delivered to my yard on Houston, I won't have any way to track how long it stays in that lot or when trucking company picks it up and delivers to my dealer. Not sure you wanted all that info, but there it is.

Lol. JUST now heard back from my dealer...24 hr later. Doesn't he know I'm going cra cra over here. Said thank you and didn't tell him I had already broke down and talked with Ford chat and that he's NOT TELLING ME ANYTHING? NEW. Ok, rant over, i feel better?

You are better than me. I could only wait 3 hours for a dealer response before I gave up and went through Ford chat. The good news is that while ordertrack has been showing "picked" since last weekend, my MME has moved to Argentine and I have a railcar# TTGX255120.

You are better than me. I could only wait 3 hours for a dealer response before I gave up and went through Ford chat. The good news is that while ordertrack has been showing "picked" since last weekend, my MME has moved to Argentine and I have a railcar# TTGX255120.

I remember when I had this level of optimism too! ??
