Been working with the install crew all day on a 10kw solar installation! No word yet on delivery, but I did speak to the dealership today, they seem to think early next week it sounded like. Same train and ramp as CaliFaceDoc, so I'm hopeful!!

My latest status is Actual Placement Of Car (assuming this means railcar since it's a NS message) in Buffalo at 2:28 AM today. Sounds like once the railcar gets placed (actual, not constructive) it's only a few days before the dealer sees it.

So happy to see some of you fine folks getting your vehicles. Looking at previous weeks and some of the weeks after ours, it really seems like our week was blessed for some reason. Even if you are still waiting (like me!) consider yourself lucky!

Ramp 6P as of May 5, 2022, still with an ETA of May 19 to my dealer here in VA. The charger I had installed is lonely. HAHAH. Wait continues. NO rail car information, nothing other than same ETA.

Congratulations to all those who have gotten their cars already!

For those still waiting (like me), I learned another tracking trick. Apparently, as your car moves through the transit system(s), they will scan your window sticker at various checkpoints. It turns out that each time your sticker is scanned, a new virtual sticker is generated, with the date being updated.

FWIW, my sticker only had the date update every week or so early on, but I've had the date stamp change now three days in a row, and I'm hoping that's because it's actually moving through the freight ramp system (fingers crossed).

Nevertheless, it's becoming pretty clear that this build week has been relatively blessed, all things considered.

I’ve had a new window sticker every day since the last 2 weeks with little or no movement on my car. It’s been about the same for a lot of people from what I can gather reading through the threads.

To those stuck on ramps or in tracking limbo, I hope your situation is similar to mine. I got NO updated tracking info after arriving in KC, until my dealer told me my car arrived in the local rail yard, just awaiting a short truck ride. Now, that truck delay is over a week, but there is only one remaining stage. Here's to positive surprises all around!!! ??
