Sitting in Jacksonville off the train waiting for a truck.

Called dealer and they said it could be any day... Just waiting on a free truck, they may not know truck info before it shows up due to lag...

So... Back to the wait ?

Dealer said they have no idea about getting me a loan rate @ reservation time rate... That ford just started that program a few weeks ago... Not when I ordered.

I ordered early March'22,, built week of 7/25, picked up last week.
Two days before delivery, I completed all the information online on ford.com and it pre-approved me at 3.9% APR for 60 months, when I went into the dealership to sign, they said they got a better rate of 2.49% from FORD since that was the rate at the time of my order.
FWIW, I have excellent credit score (+800)

Glad they got that for you without you having to pressure.

I am not 800 but close, I guess I either just magically get it or push a little more and see as a point and a half is a decent clip

@SaultShaker Did you get you car delivered yet? I am very close to your location and wanted to know how long approximately it takes to get the car from the time it ships.

Mine shipped same as yours I believe last Monday. Built 7/25 shipped officially on 8/15. 3 more days in its ETA window.

So, got an updated email that the vehicle has been delayed and the new eta is 8/29-9/4...guess that was expected


Any update on yours? last for me was Laredo, TX

From "In Production" on 7/27 to "Built" and awaiting shipment on 8/23. That's one sloooowwwww assembly line.

My dealership has been texting me the final invoices and I have a MAJOR issue with x-plan. If you log into the partner site, they show Mach-E receiving the following discount.

Premium Base MSRP - $48,775
X-Plan Price - $46,997

That should be a $1,777 discount for X-Plan, assuming you didn't get AWD or the extended battery.

On the invoice from the dealership the total discounted for my car is $772. This is closer to (but not exactly) the 2% +$250 number that floats around the forum, but it is very misleading to show a $1000 difference in the discount on the website.

But as posed above, the website you reference is giving you a 4-5% when some have mentioned xplan is 2, and that would be the ~1k that they are showing you.

Hopefully mine shows up at the dealer "Any" day now

Jumping on this thread - my build date was 7/27 and got the shipped email from Ford on 8/17 with the estimated 8/23-8/29 delivery date. Did you get the email from Ford that it's delayed? Im also awaiting shipment to a SoCal dealer.

Yeah it came from Ford. Mine was build 7/25, email saying built 7/26 (reflecting the 7/25 date as being built). Shipped 8/15 with an eta of 8/19-8/26. Email just came yesterday with the updated dates. So we shall see if this sticks.

Where in So Cal is yours going?

Ford chat (8/24) says it is in the Junction Point @ Laredo TX. I asked if they had railcar or convoy info and Ford said they had no more information than that. I asked again and they said no they had no railcar info.

Waiting patiently. Nearly there!
