10/11 build week gang

Just checking-in. My Premium AWD Extended range is scheduled for production during the week of Oct 11 (long since passed now). Strangely, I only got the e-mail on Oct 26. I'm expecting a 6-week delay due to chip shortage. If the car is actually built by end of November I'll be a happy camper.
As of today (Oct 29), it's still in production

I do have a window sticker generated already.

which email is this? if its the scheduled for production, I'm guessing its being built right now.

So just from my experience, getting the email, means it’s gonna get built soon. It was just a couple days after I got my email that my modules lit up. Then after that the tracker had an estimated delivery date.
Today, I just got an email that my car is built and it won’t be long till I can drive. They are giving me a window of 12/3-12/9. I hope it gets here sooner!!

not yet. The submit button isn't working for me Right now all I got to go on is that I got an email saying my car is built.

Seg.fyi is showing nothing new.

My shop.ford login says it's shipped, but nowhere else (built has a check mark and date of 10/28, and the white bullet is now on shipped but has no date). The delivery window stayed the same. It's entirely possible that is hasn't actually shipped, but by them filling in the build date, the bubble automatically moves to shipped. My hope is that it shipped yesterday (or today), and all the trackers will catch up.

FYI i've had that error when when you hit submit it just redirects you back to the login page for over a week now.

VPN solved it. Maybe Ford hates my IP that i keep checking x times a day.

Looks like I might be migrating from the grumpy no movement group to a lot happening group. If it helps anyone, here is how mine progressed.... I got the email saying my car is schedule to be built week of 10/11 around 6pm on 10/27. Late yesterday the Ford tracking site added In Production Date of 10/28. The modules on the As Built site have lots of entries showing today. Just checked and now I have a estimated delivery date of 12/8 on Ford Tracking site.

So finally I also have progress, modules are up and Ford tracking pages show it as built and estimated delivery between Dec 7 - Dec 13

It may still be a wh... Cyber Orange Christmas after all!

FYI. SegFy site is still not updated so not sure its pulling from same DB?

Also some action here after no news. Nuit as of 10/28 with delivery 12/25. Which is right about the 26 weeks that the website quoted when I ordered (the dealer claimed that it would be 12 weeks). Upside is now my MCUA membership will be good for the x- plan by then .

Glad you are seeing progress as well. No I gotta hurry up and wait. I have a eta of 12/2 to 12/9

Mine showed as ‘built’ on 10/15, and shipped on 10/19. Modules are up.

I’ve heard it takes about 2 weeks for the train to get from the Cuautitlán plant in Mexico to Kansas City.

From there, according to dealer estimate, about a week to get to the east coast. I’ve heard there’s typically a 2-3 day delay from the time a car is uploaded to a truck before it appears when tracking with palsapp.

Based on this, I’m hopeful mine will arrive around 11/9, although it’s estimated for 11/21-11/27.

Transit times can be as long as 28 days due to logistics. They generally test drive the car outside the factory. Then they put them on train and haul them off into various regions of the US where they’re transferred onto trucks and delivered to the dealership. As you can imagine, to make the cost of transport economical they will sometimes queue cars until they have enough to fill a train consist, or a local truck. I would guess in most cases though transit takes 10-15 days.

upon delivery to your dealership it’s another 2-3 days before it’s ready. They haveto unwrap it, charge, the batteries, and perform a pre-delivery check.

Woke up this morning to an email from Ford saying my car has shipped!!

I only live about 9hr from KS. So here’s hoping the last step of the delivery is quick!

How do we track the train? Is it through the automated phone number?
