I just talked to Ford CS and mine is currently in Lecheria MX (near Mexico City). Sounds like it will be going to Kansas City and then back down to Houston.

Mine is being delivered to a McKinney dealership. From what I read in other posts, we lose quite a chunk of time because it still ships to KC first.

That explains the timing. Thanks. I thought that since it had to pass through Texas, it would stay in Texas. Silly me.

I think all cars built after June 2022 aren't supposed to have that issue.

Mine has passed through Laredo! How do you get the rail car number though? I have asked both online chat and phone support and they say they do not have it.

When my car was in Mexico waiting to ship Ford chat gave me a rail car number, but I haven't tried to track it to see if it's any good. The last couple of times I talked to them they didn't provide the info, so who knows.
