If I had to guess, and this is just a guess, it is possible their backend solutions can only process a single year at a time, so the 2023 year is getting updated much less frequently at this point.

Any Idea of what proportion of the MMEs produced in the first week of 2023MY are converted 2022 orders?

I was surprised that it feels like more than half are new orders since they got that 1 day headstart.
Converts had to wait a day, then contact dealer to get the new terms and accept/convert which added a few extra hrs to days to the process.
I thought they were going to give the first batch to converts exclusively but it seems it was a first come first serve kind of thing.

No, its just one step closer to be done. Mine moved to built status two days after my tear tag status showed up. There was someone else in our build group (10/10) that took 11 days before his vehicle was moved to built status.

You contacted them or they contacted you? Either way, great news. Hopefully, my car is just a day or two behind, although deliveries to MI seem to be among the quickest.

Lol, no worries. Yes, it shows up on different parts of the website. The in production and built date showed up on:

I just noticed something interesting in the FordPass app. I had added my ME to the app via the VIN, but of course it didn't do anything other than show that I added a Mach-E. Went into it today and it prompted me to "Activate Vehicle". I couldn't resist, and tried, and it gave me an error, which is not surprising. Anyway, something in the Ford system triggered that. How interesting would it be if we could activate before we even get the vehicle, and track where it is as it is shipped...

Lol, I've heard it's not recommended to activate it. I think it starts any subscriptions? I think the picture changes to match the car you ordered when it's basically done.
