I got my Railcar# I tried entering my VIN in Palsapp. Not much info there yet. I also tried a trace on Union Pacific railway line, it didn’t turn up anything. Any suggestions, what to try next? Thanks.

I would try KCS, not UP for the trip from Mexico to Kansas City. They are completely different companies.

Ok thanks! That would make sense since my railcar# starts with KCS….I will try that tomorrow

I checked with KCS, and gave them my rail car #. All he could tell me is that as of today the car is in Mexico. I asked for further town, or location info, and they said that’s all he had.

Ah interesting, it might not be until it hits Laredo, TX (and northward) that they can give you the details. I guess technically south of Laredo the operator is Kansas City Southern de México which might technically be a different company with different tracking systems.

That could be. I nervously tried calling the Mexico KCS 1-800 number, hoping nobody expected me to converse in Spanish. The number was not able to be connected from my phone in Canada. Hopefully get into Texas, and get the fun going soon.

I'm going to (try and) take a snooze until some of your cars are off of trains and are traveling on car carriers. Some people in the 4/4 week crew now have their cars, others in the group are losing their minds. It seems like most of the 2022 year build class, so far, are mostly pissed off customers. Yes, Ford is to blame for a lot of their own mistakes with scheduling, build, and delivery problems. Best of luck all.

Batch 5303 over here. I received my Ford "Shipped" email on 5/6 (2 days after my "Built" email) and my estimated timeline for delivery is 6/23-6/29. I do think Ford is being very conservative with the delivery timeline. Also, I doubt Ford is factoring in the purchaser's location so fingers crossed it comes before that! I ordered through my dealer and he's hoping to get a more accurate delivery window later this week but I'm not holding my breath

On ordertrack.app I've been stuck in ASN status for the past 8 days but it does say that the average time in this status is 17 days (and 20 hours), a number that has slowly gone up over the past week. It also says there are currently 308 similar vehicles in the same status being tracked using Ordertrack. Not sure if similar means Mach E's vs my actual trim.

Ford chat says my car is in transit in Laredo TX and best ETA Vanessa could provide was the same as my reservation page: July 5. When I asked if she had any info on railways and car info she wrote: "The last transport information I can see is: Railcar # AOK 502737 and the carrier name is Kansas City Southern Railway Co, but I believe that this might change soon due the vehicle being at a junction point as of May 7th." She did say that if I checked back in a few days there might be updated info.

Those of you who are uber-trackers (using the older sense of uber here...): is there any point to looking at any other tracker for info at this point?

Has anyone in batch 5303 with a GT shipped yet? I may have missed them but it seems like any from 5303 that have shipped are other trims so far.
