Birmingham MO is KC. It's the rail terminus for most Eastern US train Mach E deliveries. The train line is Norfolk Southern. Seems like your car hangs out at this ramp for awhile before being loaded on a train. (Mine has been on the infamous Ramp 6P for five days now.) Once it does, you can get your railcar number from Ford Chat or your dealer and then use the automated system for Norfolk Southern to get the railcar location. I like those delivery times @NewGuy ! Might get mine in 2-3 weeks if lucky.

I’m new to this thread - my vehicle is stuck in transit hell. My vehicle was built on 4/12 and is now somewhere stuck in transit. It’s final destination is upstate New York. They’re now saying delivery to the dealer is 5/26…for those who’ve been around is this completely unreasonable? I can’t seem to get much out of Ford Chat or others.

Any suggestions?

Have you been tracking the railcars? Do you know if it's made it waiting for a truck? Either way you will get more help from the actual shipping companies than from Ford. Most of the needed info is somewhere up in this thread earlier.

I haven't been able to get the railcar number yet. I have the United Road login for the last leg of the journey but that's showing as inactive right now so I'm making the educated guess is that it's somewhere between KC and New Jersey. Any suggestions on getting the railcar number?

Did you try chatting with Ford on line?

I'm Batch 5272 and traveling with you. Just got to Internati on 5/19 as well. 05:30 CST...so hopefully that means we get to the next step today.

I'm still confused by the predicted delivery dates. Ford is still showing an estimated delivery date of July 1-7. That would make for a total travel time of 57-63 days.

My Dealer shared with me the travel record of a Mach E they received right around when mine shipped. Total travel time for that one was 29 days. Mine took 14 days to get to Internati...so did that one. So we're on the same pace so far. Here's hoping the pace continues to be the same.

I just took the next step over from Internati to Ramp 6R, Richards-Gebaur, MO. This seems like a critical wait juncture. If we can break out of here in a reasonable amount of time; we might continue to trend with a decent delivery timeline. ?... if course I am not hopeful. I see a lot of pissed-off unsupervised ponies drag racing up and down the tarmac. GTs hustling unsuspecting Selects for 0-60 MPH races to win better seats on the next train out.

So my Mach-E GT is part of the 4/4 group. My GT has been sitting at the local Railyard for about 4 days. The Railyard is only 10-15min from my dealer.

What are you waiting for? Go get it! Print a Transport Badge and walk in like you own the place? ?

It's still at the Railyard. It's killing me. It's so hard to get any work done knowing the vehicle is so close yet so far away.

My dealer said cars usually sit in the railyard for 2-7days.

Maybe today will be the day!!!... probably not but one can dream.

Talked with Ford Chat. All they said was “In Transit” estimated delivery 25 June to 01 Jul. Called KCS, they said arrived Kansas May 19th. Sitting in their “Big Parking Lot”. Let me know if you have any additional tracking info, looks like mine is heading just North of you, out of Seattle, and into New Westminster rail port Canada. Good luck!
