I was tracking a Dealer Ordered CA RT1 that was built on Apr 12th and shipped (Like a lot of us were supposed to be!) Anyway it has arrived at my dealer. There was never any change from ASN on the Palsapp for this car. So 5 weeks from shipped to delivered on West Coast of Canada. Hurry up and wait.

Talked with Ford Chat. All they said was “In Transit” estimated delivery 25 June to 01 Jul. Called KCS, they said arrived Kansas May 19th. Sitting in their “Big Parking Lot”. Let me know if you have any additional tracking info, looks like mine is heading just North of you, out of Seattle, and into New Westminster rail port Canada. Good luck!
How do you reach/call KCS and what info do they need from you?

Call Ford Chat. Ask them politely for your Rail Car #. Some will release this info, some won’t. Keep calling until you get ahold of someone that gives it to you. With your railcar # example KCS004366, call KCS 800.468.6527, tell them you want to track a vehicle with Rail Car #. All they could tell me is I’m in Kansas! Lol. I don’t know if I go CSX, UP or CP railroad up to Canada?

Edit: Looks like BNSF rail services Western USA and Canada. If anyone with MME shipping knowledge can confirm?

Here's my latest, and I can't really tell if there is progress compared to several days ago. From Ford chat, I'm in Muncie KS (which seems to be basically the Kansas City area--before I was Birmingham MO per OrderTrack). I was able to get a railcar: # TTGX995088 (Norfolk Southern Corp). I guess I can call Norfolk and see what they say about that train?

Update: Thanks to @rlarsen5000 for this post: this post. I used the automated system and seems like my car was in Conway, PA yesterday. Not too far from NJ (distance-wise at least; time-wise, who knows).
Dang! My car’s still at Internati…I may have to buy your car after all!

Does anyone know how long it typically takes ford systems to update once the rail car leaving Kansas City has been assigned?

I'm seeing that ordertracker app is down, and I'm not able to track using the tracker coding for palsapp.

There's no other system that'll provide a rail car for a vin is there?

Also 5303 shadow black gt non-pe sitting in production gang! Here's to hoping production week six sees some movement. Not exactly hopeful at this point.

Was hoping I could join you on that train but as far as I can tell I am still stuck at the dreaded Ramp 6P. Hoping I'm wrong and the train is pulling into lovely Port of Newark as we speak.

I broke down and called KCS. The most interesting thing I learned is that when the Ford system says "Internati" it's short for "International Freight Gateway" or IFG. ?‍♂

She said that my car arrived there on 5/19, and that's really the end of the line as far as KCS is concerned.

This time there was no ramp mentioned. I began the chat with a request for an update on the status of my car and specifically asked about the VVR and if they could provide railcar info if available. It can be a bit of hit or miss with Ford Chat it seems. Once they told me the railcar info I then searched on the forum for Norfolk Southern and found the post (of course right in this thread--I had already forgotten about it) providing the way to get an automated update. Hang in there!
