And it still has 1 mph/kph bug. I had been sitting stationary at the light for a while when I took this photo.

Grrrrr, there's no excuse for selling cars with such outdated software. Yes I know the service departments don't have the time to do it "for free." Ford's software update architecture should have been designed from the get-go to be able to deliver new cars that are fully updated.
Just bought a demo '23 GTP, no updates installed since new! Now waiting for them to be queued vs my '22 that was up to date.

Great but moving some apps in a menu and changing some icons must take a day tops to program.
And three months to get the release approved

2022 premium, last update I got was the one to enable the Tesla chargers... however I can't seem to find the actual version. Been trying to figure out how to see the current version, but it seems this is not possible... anyone know how?

So why the one bigger dot in the new icon set?

Ford Mustang Mach-E 6.14.0 Software Update just installed IMG_4909

Looking up menu icons, this one I believe would be called a bento menu icon. None of the examples I find show a bento icon with different sized dots.

the vehicle updates aren't like you'd see in phone or computer OSes. the actual numbers are indicators, not a destination.

each update package will encapsulate a set of updates, settings, etc - usually with a specific objective. they are usually time constrained (usually due to 12v battery concerns) and since a module update can take a long time they are usually scoped very tightly. they can be sequenced but not necessarily.

here is my lastest update list:

6.1.0 - 10/17/23
23-PU1103-NAT-VCE - 12/5/23
6.3.0 - 12/8/23
6.7.0 - 12/13/23
6.8.0 - 12/14/23
6.13.0 - 12/18/23
23-PU0722-DC-CHG3 - 12/19/23
23-PU1024-MCP-FX - 12/19/23
23-PU0630-RGT-PLO - 1/23/24
23-PU0110-RAD-PS - 1/23/24
23-PU0907-RAD-ON - 1/26/24
24-PU0102-SVD-FX - 2/23/24
24-PU0119-DC-CHG4 - 3/7/24
23-PU1113-UNX-DC - 3/8/24

the only thing that shows on my console is the UNX-DC one. your sequence may be a little different.

my OCD made me keep track as they happened. there is no way to get anything except the last update from the car itself after the fact.

Yeah, this is something I really hope Ford fixes in the future. We should be able to see every OTA update that was applied to our cars and when it occurred. We should not have to manually keep track.

I take a photo of the car and FordPass update screens and the SYNC version screen after every update, so I could create a chronological list like that if I had to.
