Now I'm really lost. Started this morning with the app not wanting to connect to the car to set updated battery charge. Now up to 18 hours since it's been able to update. The car has been driven today, and the key fobs seem to work fine. The app still thinks the car is plugged in from last night. The app issues are the same on my wife's phone, so I don't think it's a phone issue.

Paak is dead, tried readding the phone, and it won't connect for that. Lock/unlock/remote start from the app don't work. The car will not see any wifi networks to add one.

I have tried restarting sync, uninstall/reinstall the app, pretty much every idea mentioned in related threads.

Also, when trying to go into Connected Vehicle Features, nothing populates in there, as seen in the pic.

Edit: apparently "let it sit overnight" was the correct fix. At 4am this morning, it still wasn't working, and at about 830, notifications pushed through to my phone, and all seems to be well again.

Some consolation: similar FordPass nonsense for me today. Some things (AC, Bluetooth, etc.) tried to regain function later. Unable to determine what, when or why (Ford never fully communicates which makes it a never ending battle [20 months now]). Fob works as usual as well as most of rest of car.
Agree it is not a phone issue.
Will try again on the morrow.

(do not use PAAK so I am unable to address that)

This happened to me early this year. The dealer ended up having to reprogram the APIM to re-establish connectivity. (Since then, I've not received any OTAs, but at least I can remotely start and warm the car, which is huge in Minnesota.)

Word of advice - when you have FordPass issues, and it is anytime between 6PM Friday and 9AM Monday, or a holiday, do nothing, just wait until the next work day.

FordPass is known for frequent connectivity issues. If locking or unlocking with app doesn't work or fix connectivity problems, and it worked prior, don't waste your time Uninstaller, reinstalling, etc. Just wait.

This apparently was the correct answer. See my edit above.

same here, the car hasn't checked in with their cloud for 23 hours now & the FordPass app shows 23 hour old location & battery level.. Remote start/lock/unlock obviously do not work. 'Connected Vehicle Features' setting selection either times out with no result or displays an error message.

Opened a case with Ford's tech support. Initially thought, it was the car's LTE modem issue, but there is no check-in even when the car connected to WiFi. It seems that I can find every issue, I have with my new Mach-E in this forum. I am really glad it exists, in many cases it seems to be more useful than Ford's official help pages.

Same issue here as well.. car is charging but FORDPASS is stuck on waiting to charge. Quite annoying if all we can do is wait.

Did you resolve this issue? If So, can you share how to fix it?

The issue resolved itself in about 24 hours after it started. Nothing, I was trying helped. I'd suspect, it's how it should look if the problem was with the servers/cloud - as soon as the server side is fixed, everything starts working.
I did get a call from Ford support a couple of days later and they indicated that it could have been a stuck SYNC update, so -who knows. My fordPass doesn't show any new software updates in the last couple of months.

Thanks for the update. My FORDPASS app is giving me the correct charge now, but it seems to have lost the window up and window down option tabs. I never use them but … who knows?
