You need to be reporting this to the NTSB, this is becoming a daily occurrence and a dangerous situation. From reading the great Mac/Cheese thread there seems to be no obvious common thread among all these. Hopefully Ford will be proactive and do a recall before something bad happens (not discounting Mac/Cheese towing situation :)
So sorry this is happening to you @Aquar33f the good thing is that Ford appears to be shooting out BECMS and HVJCBs as fast as they can, should take 2 days or less for your dealer to get them.

Clearly bad parts IMHO.

I should have a NHTSA investigation number link any day now and I will post this for those honestly with the problem to also add to my report.

@Ford Motor Company I think you and your team here have seen plenty of these issues now. If you haven’t already, it may be time to alert the appropriate team that something seems to be very wrong.
They know about it....

Who is “they”? Higher ups at Ford or the team here?
I don't think the social media team that you're pinging are the ones stockpiling BECMs and drop emergency shipping them to dealers, let's put it that way.

Do we know if the new BECMs are a different part number than those they replace? Is there a way to know the current part number from FDRS?

I don't think we know, but I also suspect there were faulty parts that caused this issue. We haven't seen any recent cars from 2022 take a poop yet, so I hope I'm getting a part that they believe won't fail again.

The GTs have bigger front motors than non-GT, and it is logical to think that the BECM and associated stuff is under higher electrical loads, and this could explain why more of them seem to be failing than non-GTs.

All speculation on my part, but I really don't think Ford wants to do another BECM replacement on these cars if they can, and I gotta think they at least believe they're not putting back in parts that will fail again.... These are probably pretty expensive repairs.

It's too bad Ford is not being more transparent, but there are most probably potential recall implications here so they might be constrained about what they can communicate about the root cause.

Happened while I was driving. Tapped the brakes to turn off cruise control and coasted to stop on 1PD. Felt 1PD disengage and these warnings popped up.
I remember someone else on this forum a few months ago got an error after disengaging CC with brakes.

I can’t find it, but I thought I read a TSB or something where disengaging ACC at a low speed by tapping the brakes can cause this warning and it’s simply a bug?

"Stop safely now" is not an error code! Without the code its difficult to know what's going on, but 100% it's not a stuck contactor because that doesn't happen while the car is on/driving.

i have had those low speed issues too. But it knocks out (blue)cruise control…not the whole vehicle.

Well you saying "they know about it" leaves a lot to assume. If they (the higher ups) do in fact know this is that much of an issue, one would hope they do something sooner than later. Or do we all get to experience this as it happens? Sounds fun.

Was on my way home, and now here I am waiting on the side of the road with stop safely now. HVB and power train errors.

couple more details

I have never do fast charged
2933 miles
Was an October Build (Job 2)

@Ford Motor Company - I’m at a busy intersection. My car is beautiful and it’s getting a lot of eyes, and will be stared at as it gets towed.

What is the deal with these issues?

Will post more later.
Hi there! This doesn't sound like an experience we want you to have with your Mach-E. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd like to see how I can assist you on my end.

Yup, totally agree. Unclear what the prevalence of the problem is, but I bet it can't be too rare, especially on GT models.
