I’ve had 3 Teslas including the Plaid. I bought a used 22 MachE GT. My opinion is for the money the car is better made and interior is really nice. The issue is Musk did it 100% right with the charging stations…fantastic!
And then he fired the whole super charger team … fantastic!

Nissan Ariya uses the right-front. I have seen a couple of them at Tesla chargers using a third-party adapter like A2Z, and they only take-up one spot.
Nissan at Supercharger with A2Z or at Supercharger with Magic Dock?

They did change the suspension in the Premiums after 2022.5. It's less bouncy now. Still not a good as MagneRide but I'd recommend you test drive a new Premium to see if it's improved enough.
Does this mean the change was in effect for 2022.5 or for the 23s? What is the build date start for 2022.5?

I have purchased two MachE so far and probably will buy another in 3-6 years. Though by then I hope Ford has an actual electric SUV for sale. I would likely get that over the MachE. I need better ground clearance and shocks for off roading, more so than performance. Whatever is next from Rivian is also on my radar.

So if I wanted to go with a new one in silver, and about his loaded out as you can get, I’m curious how much it’s gonna cost once all is said and done and it gets here in September?

I could probably easily call my buddy at the dealership. I wonder what my 23 with less than 4000 miles would be worth on a trade. I bet the GT with the extended battery three years of blue cruise.

so I was talking to my sales guy and I don’t even know if they could order a Mustang because they’re not even an electric dealer even though they are Ford dealer. I asked about trade value and they said you’re gonna have to go to Carmax for that lol I guess if I were to take the car in for trades and not ask any questions they’d probably have to check with Carmax to get a price, so I ran through the online process. This is what I got with mine so I don’t know what they would actually give.

I hear you on the headrests. Our 2022 Lightning has non-movable headrests. My wife has long legs and a shorter upper body, and it pushes her head forward and is very uncomfortable. The solution for her was to remove it and reverse it. Someday I should look for an articulating headrest from a junker.

It was eliminated across many Ford models. Stupid.
See if you can get one from a navigator.

Yeah, there are multiple models with them. Just have to find one that matches in form, then swap the cover. Just haven't done it yet.

Personally I need to see what the 2025 model looks like, assuming a real refresh.

If Rivian is still kicking, the R2 or R3 may take my $$$.

I still love my MME but my love has soured a little bit. They need make serious, legitimate improvements to the GTPE for existing owners to rope me fully back in. I mean, I want everyone to get improvements but for me it's the GTPE since that is the model I have.

Nope. I had had to many issues with mine. I turn mine in next week as the Ford Options are up.
I'm waiting on a BMW X1 M35.
This will be my first non-American car in more than 12 years. This excludes what the rest of my family drives.....

I didn’t say he was different! Everyone laughed at him when he started the Tesla charging stations and now the other manufacturers are jumping on board!!! Go figure!
He has since started hiring people back!

Recent Ford news and Farley's comments on EV have me wondering about MME's longevity. Ford claimed it is losing stupid money on each MME sold. Just not sure.... not sure at all. This may be a one and done product. Hope I am wrong though as I really like the MME.
With the new Chinese tariffs, I think domestic brands have bought themselves more time to slow roll EV products and are now pivoting to hybrids.

Your understanding is not correct.

It's exceptionally unlikely I will get another Mach e, in the largest part because I've already got one, and why would I get the same car again? While it's a good car, it's not great, and there are so many more options out now that I doubt I would have gotten this one, if I were doing it now.

That said, I've got no real complaints here, so I'll probably drive it until the doors fall off or I've got positive equity in it. Doors are probably going to fall off first.
