Are they adjustable sway bar end links? It could also be those making the clunking if they're a little aggressively tight and wearing abnormally.

Edit: mine would clunk when they needed to be replaced, on my last car with aftermarket bars and links.
I'm thinking they arn't lined up correctly. It's possible I have a bad one right out of the box (though i did check the movement of all before installing) these bars are less than 75 miles old. The slow creek is the bushings for the bars or struts, the clunk is an end link or the bar slapping but it's a sharp clank, not a low pitched rubbery clunk.

My problem is I brought up the brake TSB (job1 car) and that it feels like the rotors are warped. He said they'd tell me to take the bars off first. Same went for the axles.

I finally took some videos of the issue. It is now occurring on sharp turns to both the left and right. It sounds like gravel knocking in the wheel wells.

The sound also happens from time to time during less sharp turns, but that depends: accelerating rather rapidly into a turn from a stop, especially on a bit of a slope, usually triggers the noise.

Confirmed I've got this noise, mostly left. But I also get a sharp clunk pulling into or out of my driveway. Sometimes the right wheel, some times the left.

While continuing to hunt gremlins in my front end I grabbed the driver side front axle and tried to move it. It's got side to side play, at the gearbox. Visual movement. I couldn't move the passenger side.

I believe that is the half shaft you are moving and I cannot believe the dealer won't repair it under warranty. And that looks dangerous to me.

The dealer hasn't gotten it yet. My appt for the roof/windshield/keys is on the 22nd. But If this turns out to be the clunk culprit I'm not sure how I'll feel.

I've had this noise for two years, keep telling dealer service, they just shrug. Hopefully this little bulletin will help.

While my car was in getting the HVBJB replaced, I had mentioned (three times now, but whos counting) that my front right wheel continued to creeeeeeak when turning to the right. Moving, stopped, it remained.

They ended up replacing the entire strut assembly as they couldn't pin point the exact cause and it was under warranty.

The sound has stopped and I have a new HVBJB. Only a month at the dealership affecting repair.

Is this the CLUNK sound and strong feeling in the front end when turning towards the steering L/R extremes? Waiting for the recall fix to be ready and I'll bring it up as well. Half shaft? Suspension? Joints?

My car makes the clicking and clunking sound. Mostly on left turns, but started making same sound on right turns recently.
Dealer replaced driver front half shaft yesterday. First Left turn out if dealership and every left turn driving home it made the same but more consistent noise.
Taking it back today, hope it gets resolved.

SSM 50513 - 2021 Mustang Mach-E - Clicking Type Noise From The Front On Turns - Built On Or Before 15-Sep-2021
The dealer agreed this was the issue, they replaced the driver front half shaft.
When I drove away it made the same noise the first left turn I made leaving the service department. Made it on every left turn as best I could tell getting home, and back to the dealer next morning.

Waiting to hear if they need to replace the passenger front half shaft also? I looked at an exploded diagram of the half shaft, and it left me wondering if the CV joint is included in the part they replaced?

I wouldn't wait to bring up the issue with your dealer/service provider. They cautioned right away if it's not the half shaft, it likely won't be under warranty. I've reported the noise and issue on previous visits, every time to be told they could not recreate the noise. Which lead me to believe I would have to wait until something completely broke or the noise was impossible to ignore. If it turns out to be something else I hope my prior visits and reporting of the issue will go towards some cooperation from Ford warranty.

Update 12/5/2023: Drove with technician to identify the noise, it was still making the noise so technician agreed the passenger side half shaft would need to be replaced as well. Part was ordered.

Update 12/6/2023: Passenger front half shaft replaced, noise has not returned after a few drives. Others have posted similar trend, one side replaced, shortly afterwards had to get other side replaced. Wish it could have been all done in one visit but happy with final results.

I'll make an appointment. It's been doing it since new (car was built April 2022). I'll explain exactly what I'm experiencing:
When wheel is turned full left or right, usually when backing up, there's a loud clunk accompanied by a noticeable jerk in the front end of the car. It always felt like the tires losing traction and shifting because you feel the "BOING" with the jerk. The parking lot I was in today was wet from rain and the jerk was so intense I thought I backed into somebody. Also see this backing out of my driveway when one of the front wheels contacts a metal sewer cover and when making a sharp turn (left or right) into a parking lot that is angled up from the street. Is that what you all are experiencing as well? Was going to wait until the remedy was available for the recall but after today may just bring it in. Replacing the tires Tuesday so be interesting to see if there's a change.

I took my 2022 Mach-E GTPE in to my local Ford dealer for the first time, ~14,000 miles. Axle clunk on both sides, forward and backward, was getting noticeably worse. After dealership having the car for a couple days, doing the HVBJB recall service, and rotating the tires, my service contact said "tech and I can't recreate the clunking on several test drives". So I drove over there, got the mechanic in shotgun, and quickly demonstrated the problem. He quickly acknowledged the problem. Both front half-axles are now being replaced. I will be shocked if they suggest other than full warranty coverage.

That's the way to do it!
