I'm thinking they arn't lined up correctly. It's possible I have a bad one right out of the box (though i did check the movement of all before installing) these bars are less than 75 miles old. The slow creek is the bushings for the bars or struts, the clunk is an end link or the bar slapping but it's a sharp clank, not a low pitched rubbery clunk. Are they adjustable sway bar end links? It could also be those making the clunking if they're a little aggressively tight and wearing abnormally.
Edit: mine would clunk when they needed to be replaced, on my last car with aftermarket bars and links.
My problem is I brought up the brake TSB (job1 car) and that it feels like the rotors are warped. He said they'd tell me to take the bars off first. Same went for the axles.
