I mean I've spent 2 hours on the phone with Ford now and they've had to push it to their escalations team. If it wasn't a problem, I'm sure they would have been able to see and let me know rather than escalating it. Along with them confirming BlueCruise flagging was removed from my account right when I updated to 2.1.0..I think you’re worrying about a problem that doesn’t exist.
Supposedly going to get a call back later today with an update.
