Blue Cruise No Longer in Connected Services?

Has anyone else had their Blue Cruise tab disappear from the Connected Services page of their Ford account? It was there for me a few days ago and yesterday I got the 2.1.0 update and noticed it disappeared.

I'm hoping they're just preparing for the actual release and payment processing rather than my car mistakenly being unflagged.

Mine is still there. I didnt get 2.1.0 yet though. Also, mine still has the old date: BlueCruise functionality expected 3rd quarter 2021CY.

Currently on the phone with Ford and they confirmed when I updated that it was removed from my account. Now is talking about needing to escalate this

Guys just be patient here. This isn't anything to freak out about. This hasn't even been released yet for Job 1 vehicles. Job 2 vehicles if it stops working thats an issue but otherwise just wait.

Two possible fixes for this:

1. Wait, the tab doesn't do anything so just be patient
2. Use this screenshot, print it out, cut around the edges, tape to screen.. just as effective as the actual tab!

But my steering wheel doesn't look like the one in that photo. Will they update my steering wheel for me or do I need to wait for the OTA? Or will Ford give me an F150 since that's what's in the photo? It's only right for them to do that, need to make me whole.

Why, what was it doing for you? It was just a tab that said “coming soon”. And when you clicked on the link it said it was coming in Q3 2021. Maybe that’s why they removed it.

So the issue with this according to Ford is that when it happens your car gets FULLY unflagged from BlueCruise. The only way for them to fix it is either manually or some automated program to check if all cars with BlueCruise/Prep package on window sticker are flagged as far as I know.

I think you’re worrying about a problem that doesn’t exist.
