Chargepoint has little levers on the board where you connect and latch the feed wires. It is very easy to hardwire Chargepoint. No nuts, no pigtail and no external electrical box is needed.

ChargePoint and Wallbox Pulsar Plus are the only units I've installed, and both have the wiring connected directly to the board.

That is a bummer. I guess that might be why we don't bother with Clipper Creek at all and EnelX rarely.

Clipper Creek is very popular and very solid. I know people who have them for years and they are very happy. Also it is one of the few choices if you want to go up to 80Amps if your car has such a fast onboard charger (like the 2021+ Porsche Taycan) and you have a 100A spare power line in your garage.
They even have a single charger with dual head which allows you to charge two cars. It splits the energy between the two when charging both and gives the max total to one car if you charge only one.

CC is usually the last choice here because the utility companies don't offer any incentives....unless you also purchase the add on accessories to make them internet connected units.

Yeah, not many 80A units available yet. I only know of ChargePoint and Webasto.
