It's FDRS, the same software the dealer uses to update the car. ?‍♂?

What application provides that output? They claim this website is fake
Lol, FDRS, the same system they use to update the car. I don't know why you've kept your car there that long if they're giving you such long timelines to do absolutely anything. Call Ford Support and at least get a case manger to push this along, hopefully. @generaltso first picture is of all currently available updates specific to your VIN. Tell them to do those.

So they finally acknowledged that the minimum updates were not completed and they were doing them as I left.

so, now to find a dealership that will do all the work still needing to be done

I‘m guessing they haven’t been paying for a rental car for you this whole time?

Some of them, but the didn't do them all. It looks like they probably stopped at quitting time and then just never went back and finished them. This is what they did the one day they appeared to work on it:

Good Day. Same for me. Only a week at the dealer but my App says it has stayed parked the whole time. Supposedly for updates and a BC recall. Any chance you can check mine? 3FMTK3RM0MMA36655

Can I get another run of my vin? At dealership now. They were supposed to meet internally this morning and call me back with next steps… never received a call. So here I am again, taking time off work…

And they’ve been fine with you having that for two months? Crazy.
I know right? and it's a F250, I am sure they can flip it for way above msrp in no time!

it looks like something fishy the dealership is doing, cause not a single dealer will be okay to give the rental car for 2 months in exchange for the repair of glass and update. do the employe over dealership is sloths. then i can understand why it taking this time

I agree on the fishy part, no dealer giveaway car for two months, specially in this crazy market.
