Are there any concerns about the Mustang Mach E being considered a candidate for the lemon law? Early on we kept taking it back for the front camera crash warning that didn't work, then we just had it in for more than a month because the drain line got clogged (we keep the car in a garage -how much worse if it was on the street???) which flooded the front carpet, leading to mold and excessive water inside the climate control housing. Our ACM had to be replaced and fortunately, our warranty (and our very responsive Ford dealer!) covered it.

But now, we are noticing a creaking sound on the driver's side door. I thought WD-40 was the answer but my husband thought maybe not. Then I saw a thread on this forum by others who had the issue. Yes, we could get $45 off a rental but rentals around us go for a lot more.
So @Ford Motor Company we got this car because of the initial Consumer Reports praising it but not they have back tracked and it seems this is a car with a lot of issues. How many more issues is fair for us?

You can start the process, which I would have done if my car was looking like it would be in the shop the 30 days to qualify. Plenty of lemon law attorneys to walk you through the process, but they'll still have you take it in to try and resolve the issue, so if this one is solvable, you can probably at least get monetary compensation for all the time it has been in the shop.

There is a TSB for the door creaking. That may be an issue with the spot welds on the door frame. Mine has developed into a small crack that Ford said they would fix just haven’t had time to take it in.

I also have the front camera fault issue too. I am told it is just a module reprogram but other modules need to be programmed so the fix takes.

You should have started your process if it was at the dealer for over month if that was the case, Honestly at that point maybe you need to find a new dealer....over a month clear a drain line and even if they changed your carpet out seems crazy long. Also welcome to the world of new vehicles driven by technology and EPA guidelines. No automaker is problem free these days. The almighty Toyota which has been known for their tried a true reliability is starting to have issues , like the new Tundra that needs a total engine replacement as part of the recall.....unfortunately this is the norm now a days some just have more issues than others.
