I thought about doing that; I would have gone with "PHNYPNY" or "FONYPNY" though.

Have you seen those digital license plates?

I got the digital plate for my previous car (Focus RS) and now have it on the GT500. Same plate, just moved it to a different car. I purchased the plate back a few years ago mainly because I wanted a monochromatic plate (black with white lettering). All of the regular and special colored plates we have here in CA wouldn't look too good on the Stealth Gray Focus RS or now on the Performance Blue GT500. You can obviously have personalized digital plates and I like the fact I don't have to deal with the DMV to pay my registration. I do it through the digital plate app on my phone. It reminds me when the registration is due and I take care of it right there. I already bought one for the Mach E. Just waiting for it to arrive.....

The green stripe is a new initiative to easily identify BEV's in pollution control zones.

Arizona requires us to use a dated looking "clouds" plate if we want HOV and parking benefits.

Sorry for resurrecting an ancient thread, but what are these parking benefits you speak of? I'm familiar with the HOV lane benefit.

I am also keeping my idea secret until I've ordered my plate. This will be my first time with vanity plates.
