Assume you mean the Vette pucks. 3m double side auto tape works, in addition pulling the puck down while tightening it will work also
How did you cut these?I used 'slightly modified' Tesla pucks that press in. $20/4.
Dealer left them in when they pulled front wheels to check axles, and left them in when they dropped the battery tray to swap out my HVBJB. So, no problem leaving them in.
with a handsaw and 'clearglide'.... dish soap works too....
Where did you get this sticker?In addition to Tesla pucks, I also added these reflective red & white DANGER strips to the battery rail walls, just as a visual insurance.
There's a local sign making store in a strip mall in Alexandria Virginia, down the road from me. I'm sure every mid-size or larger city has several of these type of stores. They make peel-off lettering for business glass doors, etc. like BUSINESS HOURS or similar stuff. I bought a roll of that striped red and white reflective tape at a hardware store, took it to them and we decided the font, its letter dimensions and the cute death's head skull & crossbones at the counter. These stores have hundreds of patterns on hand.
