FWIW, I got this update last week, and am not in EA. I did however get locked out in June. Personally I am not convinced this is the fix for the lock-out issue.

I wonder if you received the OTA based on the prior lockout? Perhaps the car transmits to its mothership the lockout incident?

My car was at the dealer for state inspection and 12v drain/charge now warnings. I asked about having the (presumed) fix in FDRS applied although I had not experienced a lockout, just the paranoia?.

I was told with out a TSB having been issued, as of Wednesday, or with out an error code shown by the car they couldn’t do it (since I’m sure Ford wouldn’t cover cost in that situation). I expected that answer.

The dealer Q to me about whether I had a lockout ties back to my wondering if Ford is sending the OTAs now to known lockout victims, like you. That said, I think others have said they received the OTA but didn’t mention prior lockouts….

Hope it is the fix and that you and everyone else avoids lockouts going forward.

This rollout appears to have stalled. I was hoping our 23s would get this soon so we don't get locked out.

Same. Haven't seen anyone on Reddit or FB report it recently either.

I have been pushed this update today. I have never had the lockout issue and just bought the car new (2023 AWD ER Premium) three weeks ago.

I was all updated with FDRS and received this, so it wasn't a fix for something already in FDRS. It was my only outstanding update available last time I checked.
