Email Invite to Early Access Program

I just received an email from Ford to sign-up for the "Early Access Program". When I try to sign-up, it returns a message that the program is only available in the U.S. I am in the U.S. and I checked that my ISP server (Starlink) is in the U.S. Anybody else get the email and have a problem signing up?

I just went through the exact same song and dance. And then came here to see if it was happening to anyone else. (I also went and checked my ford account info for my address and it was all good.)

Same here. Arizona is not Texas or California. I am in the US. ?

Same here. This the kind of technology fail that makes me crazy. Send out invites and not be prepared for user responses.

I ran into the same thing! I thought I was crazy... disconnecting wifi, making sure I wasn't on my work VPN, etc., but no dice. I guess it's good to know I'm not crazy, but frustrating that it's not working properly. I was so excited!

I received the email and just signed up with no issues. It just said to expect email(s) regarding the program.

I just tried my wife's email and it worked. Go figure???

Same here. I tried several browsers - MAC & PC - but no luck. Called Ford and was told to email [email protected]. Then tried the link again that was in the email and was able to enroll. I did not need to email Ford.

Maybe you just need to wait and keep trying the email link.

BTW - On my call with Ford the person said that it showed my wife’s name on my account. Maybe the operator corrected it to my name and that was the reason I finally was able to enroll.

Does anyone know what happens next after you enroll? Will we be notified before updates? Are the updates OTA?

No. Earlier today I tried both on home network and 4G. No VPN. I just received the U.S . Residents Only msg. Now the site is working correctly. It appears to either have been a code issue or something wrong with geolocation.

Like others I got the US only message earlier but tried again now and it let me enroll.
