Embedded Navigation system report accident

I have the embedded navigation system that is reporting an accident EACH time to the same place, it's happening at two different place, and there is of course nothing, I don't get on why it is still reporting a Ghost accident.
I do not see anywhere to clean up the data of the embedded navigation system or to say there is nothing there.
obviously neither Apple Maps / Waze are reporting this. any thoughts?

Use Google Maps, not Ford Navigation, especially now that Google Maps can pre-condition the battery

I’m not really using it, but even if using Apple Maps or Waze I still do get the warning on the screen behind the wheel.

Wait, so Ford AND Waze are reporting an accident? In that case, it's most likely a data vendor issue. If so there's not much you can do.

No only ford. Waze or apple maps do not report anything , but since there is an integration of the ford even if not used the warning appear

That's very strange. I wasn't aware that Waze/Google/Apple maps relied on the Ford nav system in any way. Maybe some of the guru's here can suggest something? Reset the Ford Nav system or...

main big screen : Waze or Apple Maps - not reporting Anything
Small screen behind the wheel, have th indication turn right, take the exit etc from either Apple Maps or Waze depending on what is running on the big ,BUT , ford nav system not even being launched at all at same places on my daily for the last 5 months is reporting an accident (on the little screen)

Maybe take a screen shot of that little screen when it’s happening and post here. I’m still not sure about what you are describing as I have never seen an accident reported on the little screen

And if you are using Waze or anything else, there is no Ford navigation doing anything or displaying anything.

The little screen behind the wheel shows turn indications from the 'parent' nav system. That's not Ford though. The picture would help a ton, especially with the accident indicator shown.

If it is on the little screen, I bet it is either the symbol for the front collision being off, or the snowflake. I'm betting it is the collision system, especially if it is happening at the same location. Are you driving into the sun when it shows up?

Well not really in the sun as it’s the early morning and still dark, but will take picture thanks for the advice

It depends on the traffic alert data provider in Belgium which is not Ford. I also get here in Italy unexisting road works or accident alerts that are not on the road anymore.
There is nothing we can do until the provider updates the infos.
This is what I get on the display.

so I guess this is indeed the « authorities » mention … because on the map on the right nothing and then on the little screen same place for four months .
