Estimated Range = 509 Miles

Had a problem with my front camera defaulting which would kick off the Blue Cruise, Lane keep and emergency braking. After I got the car home from the dealership for 48 hrs the estimated range showed 509 miles. It has not changed in 5 days they a couple of charge cycles. Stuck at 509.I was typically showing around 295 at 85% charge.

Called Ford tech support. They had no suggestions other than return the car to dealership.

Not a critical issue until I take a road trip. Any suggestions out there? 2021 RWD Premium

I’m just gonna suggest what all the guys tell me whenever I’ve had an issue. Have you pulled the negative cable on the battery? I suppose if you know which fuse deals with the display cluster in front of the steering wheel, you could pull that fuse and put it back in after 10 minutes, other than that, I don’t know what else to say.

It's not a critical issue at all. It's meaningless. Just drive the car.

Prior to taking a trip, on a local drive, set a destination and see if it adjusts. Then, cancel the route and see what happens.

If all else fails, delete your EV history.

But don't waste your time taking it in to the dealership.

Have you tried resetting driving history through the SYNC screen?

Funny, I thought about deleting the driving history, but when Ford tech support they had no solutions I assumed that something as simple as resetting the driving history wouldn't work.

This forum is an amazing resource of knowledge, and yes, it would probably be best to avoid bringing the car into the dealership unless you have to.

Just pay attention to the percentage charge as the GOM isn't usually accurate anyway. Using ABRP you'll utilize the percentage anyway.
