Everyone that has issues with @Ford Motor Company, their vehicle, dealerships need to let Ford know how bad the experience is. Whether that’s calling them, emailing them, or posting on social media, Ford needs to hear how terrible their customer service is.

My BlueCruise not working is a small issue but Ford’s poor reception and response has made me let everyone know how Ford treats customers. If they treat a person that has purchased multiple Ford vehicles, what do you think new customers are experiencing? Get out and let Ford know. Ford’s focus on seeking new customers and selling vehicles is great but what about the current customers?

You think people need to be asked to complain more?

That’s cute. ?

I've already sent mine over through a different channel. I don't know if it will help or not.

Maybe it does maybe it doesn’t. Too many people though just sit on forums like this, complain about Ford, but never really get the message on public places where non-Ford people see the comments. Better still they never let Ford know how terrible Ford dealers are, beyond maybe begging for Ford’s assistance with a dealer. Ford needs to hear from the people that say “I won’t buy a Ford again because of ……”

I get that some people on here will see this as another fool bitchin about Ford. I’m ok with that. I’m also ok if you think Ford is your EV savior.

I realize some people on here have done this Unfortunately not everyone does. Just as I was a longtime lurker on here before becoming a member so I could post.
For what it’s worth, if a person has already done this, ignore the post and move on. No need to comment on something you already do.

Spoken like someone that has a PhD in Ford relations lol.

Ford has always been cheap. Henry was innovative but cheap. What’s well documented now is how cheap they are and how bad their quality control is. I saw this exact same thing with GM up to and during the bankruptcy. It’s why I started buying/leasing Ford vehicles in 2009.

I’ve said it before but I’ll mention it again. I live in Ford country. I’m about 5 or 6 miles from corporate headquarters. My neighbors work at Ford and the majority of the vehicles in my neighborhood are Ford vehicles. There are some awesome people that work at Ford and people that really care about what’s being made. Unfortunately the “bean counters” are in control and it’s more important to shareholders to sell vehicles than service vehicles from current customers.

What if your car has lived up to expectations and your dealer is great to work with? I am not a ford fanboy but I have nothing to complain about, and there are thousands of others like me.

be careful though...I complained about a minor issue at a dealer (charging me 3% to use my Ford credit card)and now I am finding that I cannot get my car serviced at any dealer in the area. They all say that appts are 60-90 days out and I need a warranty repair...

You seem to be assuming that most people feel as you do. I love my car and, except for a few VERY minor annoyances, have nothing to complain about.
Good luck to you, though.
