Front Air flapper gone?!

Just started to wash the car and noticed that one of my air flapper thingies is gone.

I had no accidents nor heard any word noise while driving so not sure for how long I've been missing it.

Did it happen to anyone? Is it Fords fault and under warranty or I will need to wait for a year for a small plastic part?

I dont recall hitting anything, also I have checked inside the bumper area between the radiator and the flapper and there was no flapper piece inside. It almost feel like it fell off at high speed?

It's mystery. Anyone knows the official name of this part? Air control shutter?

Seems like this part, except this includes all the pieces (shown in yellow below; it's more than you need). Maybe your local Parts department can help narrow this down further?

I would definitely attempt to get it covered under warranty first. Could have just been loose from the factory or something.

It should be covered. I had the little cover for the camera sprayer on the front go missing. They replaced it without any problem. I suspect the same.

I am thinking the same thing. Collision damage looks like to me.

Look closer at the pic. I see a hose, the front fascia is wet, looks like he just washed the car and you are seeing the reflection of water on the driveway...
?
