Your car has a bunch of communication codes. It's clear that the IPMA is losing power or communication links to the other modules during some of these events. Likely caused by some kind of bad connection somewhere (could be internal or external to the IPMA module). Bad solder joint, bad connector, broken or rubbed through wire, etc. Unfortunately these problems are very difficult to troubleshoot, you'd need a very competent tech to hook up an oscilloscope to the CAN bus networks and try to catch a glitch. It seems hardware related at this point. You may need a new IPMA?In the last 3 days my symptoms have become slightly worse. I have experienced 3 occasions where cruise control deactivates. As if I pressed the pause button or touched the brake pedal. Prior to this weekend, when CC drops out....the bubble line would turn orange with "cancelled" at the bottom. Now I don't even get that message. The green set speed indicator just turns white with a white line across it.
Kinda annoying. I drive in Engage 2PD so when that happens the car just starts to mild regen and traffic starts darting around me. No orange icon in the lower left corner either. Weird.
I really expected these systems to function longer than 18 months.![]()
