Front trunk failed to open/close (update - it's FordPass again)...

Went out to put labels on my 2022's battery mod, and hit the frunk opener (connected) in the app, and got the above message. Tried again, same. Opened manually fine. Tried while open and it won't try, says it is open. Closed it, tried again, nothing. Does not make the loud mechanical noise, but I do hear the car doing something. Wondering if it jammed, or the motor died. I will put it on the list for when the car goes in, but it sure didn't last long (week 4 of ownership).

Mine will give me this the first time I try and use it most of the time. A 2nd attempt almost always opens though.

Mine always does this, no matter how many times I press open. I have to always do "unlock" then "front trunk" or it'll never work.

Further testing.

Despite being connected, all the buttons fail. As does the lock and unlock.

Turned on accessories, frunk opens properly.

Therefore, this is a "OMG, FordPass again" issue. I did NOT update to this week's latest version, yet it got me anyway.

Rick, what version of FordPass are you using? That looks nothing like mine (v 4.16.1 on iPhone running 15.5). The only button mine shows is horn/lights, not windows, or front/rear trunk. Is that a function of setting up PAAK (which I haven't done)?

Android, and yes, that's what PaaK gives you.
