He previously had the module software updated at the dealer, but the change on the cloud was the final step to get the button to appear in the app.

Thats’s just an as-built config change. You can do that with FORScan if you don’t want to wait.

Maybe that’s why @Jimrpa now has this through the Ford servers: They finally packaged an OTA. The timing on when that gets released may be in 10 years, but maybe they actually have an OTA package. ??

Let's just toss those ideas right here in his frunk.

I'll start:

1. Jim's frunk is too small.

2. Jim Farley or Darren Palmer or Mark Zuckerberg's punching bag or whomever promised free NACS adapters. Where are they and what's taking so long?

3. Why isn't the frunk climate controlled? It's right next to the HVAC. When will we see the OTA to fix this, it's simple. Obviously.
