Here's my experience thus far.

I DM'd Ford's team yesterday to check on status since I had the recall work done in January. They said they will have to forward my request to the EV team to check on status of the "Goodwill Package"

Today I get an email from the Ford EV team asking me how they can help me. I told them I was checking on the status of the " Goodwill Package". About 1/2 hour after I replied to their email they called me and asked me to clarify. Again I asked about the status of the "Goodwill Package" and the ford pass reward points. They said they know nothing about a goodwill package, and that any ford pass reward questions needs to be directed to the ford pass reward team. They then put me on hold to transfer me to the Ford Pass reward team and then hung up on me.

I've only owned this MME since August 2023, have had to contact Ford corporate on about a dozen different occasions (from paying off the Ford options balance from the previous owner to getting dealers to doing recall work) and each time have been faced with extremely incompetent customer service reps that makes me not want to consider ever owning another Ford product.

I have a 2021 MME Premium AWD ER built in December 2020. It had it's original HVBJB replaced in October 2021.
I'm the second owner. I purchased it used in August 2023. Recall was performed by dealer on January 25, 2024.

Well darn, my HBVJB failed on 12/29/23, before I could be scheduled for the recall. Had some delays due to no available parts also. Would be nice to be eligible for this but technically I didn't get it replaced via the program. Ah well.
I'm apparently in the same situation.
2021 premium ER.
My first HVBJB was replaced Dec2022 and my second one was just replaced yesterday. So… No soup for you!

they told me the BEV team would contact me.

low and behold they did. This is what happened.



I received a call from the BEV TEAM and they have no idea of any goodwill package

they were useless and transferred me to rewards team who knew nothing about this, they transferred to me to another dept who knew nothing about it.

now, what do I do. Ford tries to do the right thing but can’t even pull it off properly.

Ha that's almost exactly my experience, except they hung up on me when transferring from BEV team to Ford Pass rewards team.

If this happens to me I’m asking for some type of email so that I can send them this forum post. I have a contact from the BEV team from awhile back when my dealer was playing hot potato with my car so maybe I’ll just shoot them an email if they give me a hassle.

If this happens to me I’m asking for some type of email so that I can send them this forum post. I have a contact from the BEV team from awhile back when my dealer was playing hot potato with my car so maybe I’ll just shoot them an email if they give me a hassle.

All of this runaround stinks. I have to say that I've had my share of being passed around between various Ford teams but this time I sent a DM and got a reply the next day. They stated they would open a case and I then received a follow-up call stating the case had been opened. They had to leave a message since I wasn't able to answer at the time. I have the case # and hope they will complete the process. Not as bad as the previous time I contacted them so they must be hit or miss.

They opened a case for me also. Got a call back the next day which I thought was great and then the runaround.

Called the recall number on Tuesday. Recall complete 2/12 They processed my request on phone and the 30000 points showed up today!! Waiting for pad and $50 gift card At first the lady said which gift do you want and I read to her that it was a package AND not either gift.

I had the recall service done in late January. This past Monday I DM'ed Ford on this website requesting the reward package. After providing the rep with info confirming my identity, my case was referred to the EV team. This morning (Friday) the additional reward miles were in my account.

Based on these comments I just went into my Fordpass and the extra 30k points are there.

Update - I got my points at 2:49 AM today March 15, 2024!
I'll update once I receive the charging pad.
Looks like they are processing requests if you contact directly.
