Dealing with SiriusXM customer support is such a painful and time consuming activity most of us cut them loose as soon as the trial ends.

Also their pricing is not realistic for the amount of time most of us spend in our cars.

if you could arrange for Ford customers to always speak with US based support personnel and pay a reduced rate, that might change the equation.

Odd, I have zero problems with their support. I find it very easy and quick honestly. Also the pricing is really reasonable I think. I pay $5-6/month for music only on one vehicle and $120/yr for all access on another. I just have to call back yearly to get the same rate again. If they say they can't offer it to me I just ask to cancel then they magically have that same rate again "as a 1 time goodwill".

I miss not having it on the Rivian but I use the app for it then.

Thanks for reminding me, I just did this and didn't even have to call, just did it through the Chat on the website. Got my Platinum plan for $12/mo total.

Pretty cool to see these deals, looks like I only have offers for the F-150, but a $50 credit for 10k points, or a year of Plat for 20k is interesting. Also have the option for $6/mo for the F-150. I redeemed that deal already for the MME in the past, not sure if that's why I don't see a 12 month for 20k points for the MME now.

You're probably right that that's coming.

This is a new twist for FordPass Rewards. Previously the program was set up to benefit local dealers. This is the first action I've seen where dealers lose out.

I had to block their number, Jesus Christ their sales team is relentless.

I like the idea of paying for BC with points, but a month of BC will cost like 1M FordPass points.
