I know there won't be much modifications we can do to the motors, but does anyone have any cosmetic ideas? I was thinking racing stripes, new wheels (I'll see how the aero wheels look in person), I was thinking about putting a clear vinyl on the front to help protect against bugs and rocks as well. I'm sure there will be third party companies making accessories, but I'm not sure what else you could possibly make for the car. Any thoughts?
I would like to find an after-market kit to somehow light up the pony in the middle of the grille.

Has anyone confirmed the bolt pattern of Mach E wheels?
That would be good to know. With any luck, it'll be the same as the ICE Mustangs.

Question: Isn't the Mache only 5.5 inches above the ground. Any lower, I worry about bottoming out.

5.6 is a lot of road clearance but I think the criticism is over offroad clearance. Many cars have much lower ground clearance (5.5 in the Model 3, 4.6 on the Model S). Its all a preference thing. I will never off road my car. I think an additional inch would improve aerodynamics and handling. My guess is that the GT comes in at 5in flat clearance.

Thanks for clarifying for me. I do like lowered cars. My son lowered his 60 Falcon and looks great.

Definitely wheels, tint, clear bra and maybe roof rack and stripes. Have there been renders showing different modifications?

I brain-dumped everything I could think of that I’d ever consider doing the other day:
  • RTR/Ford Performance rear spoiler
  • RTR/FP fender flares
  • Rear windshield louvers
  • Tint
  • Windshield top stripe tint
  • A/C in the seats
  • “Start/stop” button change
  • Drive selector knob change
  • Digital rear view mirror with home link
  • Dash cam
  • Radar/lidar
  • Wider tires
  • Fog lights
  • Pleated suede/miko headliner
  • Colored seatbelts
  • Under glow

Lowered, probably use spacers at first. Some cosmetic/aero changes. Invisible tow hitch.

Possibly some display hacks, but probably not.

sounds like a plan! can't wait to see what you come up with....

the ecohitch from torklift is EASY diy install... without wiring harness tho since mach-e not authorized for towing.

#1 display hack that I want is display of actual kW on instrument panel showing kW while charging, regen braking, and output

#2 display hack would be to display actual kWhr remaining rather than the GOM range remaining

It's not the same as a 2014 ICE Mustang, but it is the same as a 2018 Lincoln MKZ. Saw a video somewhere of a '21 MME with those wheels and wider tires and it looked great.

As for me, I'll install a trailer hitch, and considering how my 2014 Mustang met its end, I'd consider deer whistles, fog lamps, a really loud horn, and possibly a cowcatcher.
